Welcome to Wake Up & Breathe!

So many of us love Pilates but struggle to fit a lesson into our daily routines or find the motivation to practice alone. 'Wake up and Breathe'  a collaboration between Uplift Pilates and CaringLovingSelf is designed to help those feeling busy or drained to commit to making Pilates a daily practice. By starting your day with 25 minutes of supported self practice you are committing to checking in with your body and regularly creating a window of time for yourself. This will allow you to consistently start your weekdays as you hope they will continue, with an intentionally uplifting start!


About

Wake Up & Breathe is the virtual class hub that allows you to make Classical Pilates, daily movement and restorative breath part of your daily routine. We are launching with our signature Wake Up & Breath membership built around daily 25 minute Intermediate level, Live streams. For more information on this membership, check out our shop.

Why?

It is our mission to make it as easy as possible for you to fit Pilates into your life. Our online offering is designed for you to feel the benefit of checking in with your body daily, as well as to regularly lift your energy by prioritising yourself for this short window in your day. 

Many brilliant minds have pointed out the power of introducing small positive habits into our daily routines. It is what we do regularly that creates the incremental differences, that bring about change. When lives are busy we want to be able to default to beneficial systems, systems that make it easy for us to keep showing up for ourselves!

Who?

The classes will be run by Céline Le Grelle the founder of CaringLovingSelf and Uplift Pilates' owner Katy Harvey.  Céline & Katy both know first hand the power of routine. Having both had professional ballet careers with International Ballet Companies, they know it was their consistent daily ballet training that enabled them to dance professionally. Similarly they have felt in their own bodies the nourishment of daily Pilates and the healing and uplifting energy that it can bring.

You will be supported by two advocates for the power of consistently prioritising your bodies health. You will be amazed by the revitalising boost that it can give to your overall wellbeing.
